The Site provides information about our coliving residences and intake forms for reservations, applications, and tours. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting any form, and not to use the Site for unlawful purposes or in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair its operation.

Reservations and agreements

Submitting a reservation or application form does not constitute a binding lease or license to occupy. Occupancy is granted only after a written agreement is signed and any required deposit and rent are paid. Specific occupancy terms are governed by your signed agreement.
