Our commitment

Amsterdam Residences is committed to making both our buildings and our website accessible to people of all abilities. We work to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards on amsterdamplace.com and review building accessibility regularly.

The website

The site is designed to be navigable by keyboard, compatible with common screen readers, and readable at a range of zoom levels. We use semantic HTML, accessible color contrast, and descriptive link and image text. If you encounter any barrier, please email hello@amsterdamplace.com so we can fix it.

The buildings

Both 205 and 207 West 85th Street are prewar buildings with elevators. Specific room and bath configurations vary; if you have a particular accessibility need, please contact us before reserving and we will walk through what is and is not workable in the building.

Service animals

Service animals are always welcome at Amsterdam Residences and are not subject to our pet policy.
